Any Info On the C&C F3?

Looks like Headb (C&C) F1
Headb.com: C&C F1 ultra miniature headphone amplifier

However it costs about 30 bucks more and they claim there is a DAC inside of it, look for reviews on the F1 for an idea on the quality of the amplifier section. I am skeptical on this because it looks like the usb port on it is for charging only as though they just took pictures of the F1 and are advertising it as something different.

Also skeptical because nowhere is it mentioned on Headb.com, perhaps shoot off an email to headb and see their response.

hmm the picture of the F3 definitely says F1 on the top of it. I think we need to wait until this pops up on headb's website
