i absolutely love the aggressive colored mids of the es7 while not thrilled with the rest of the spectrum, but that strength alone lets me forgive its downfalls. i was hoping that there is an iem out there that is midrange biased like the es7. while i like the er-4s, it's not comfortable and i don't find myself ever paying attention to the music because i only use them on the go. i'd like something that would get me into the music more while i'm doing other things...

i'm thinking of trying klipsch image, but i can't see myself forking down that much $ for essentially earplugs with wires unless the sound can match the enjoyment level of the es7.
