Any idea why my Front 3.5mm port is Louder than the one in the back?

I have a ASRock Z87 Pro3 Motherboard (Realtek ALC892 Audio Codec). When I plug my Headphone into the Front (Listed as HD Audio 2nd Output) it is noticeably louder than the Back Port(Speakers). Any idea on how to fix this??

Hmm... why try fix something which isn't broken? The headphones output is build for headphone use and the speaker output ports for speakers use so... .

BTW, why the loudness diffrence bothers you?

It isn't? I didn't know, my bad. I ask because I switch between Headphone and earbuds. My Headphone tend to get hot after awhile & I don't want to unplug the wire every time I want to switch.
