I use one of their large amplifiers for my home theater and it is amazing for the money.  Is there any reason why I should look for a different DAC for my headphones in this price range?

As far as I can see it has no digital inputs

Emotiva has a DAC on its way anyways in IIRC roughly in the same price range.
