Not 4 on 4 but 3 on 3 OT. I agree its a joke. Fun to watch sometimes but they have figured out how to slow it down to a crawl and it hardly shows which team is better than the other. But I am still an avid fan. I watch all 82 Sabres games every year and loved the World Juniors.

Yes and it is exciting at times but it does not truly tell you which team was more deserving to win that night.

IMO the new format, 5 minutes of 3 on 3 and a shoot out if necessary, is better than the old days of playing for the tie. A more exciting way to determine who gets 2 points and who gets 1.
My 2nd year with the Center Ice package. I'm a long time Blackhawks fan but it is fun to watch lots of hockey every night. Watching the Avs and Oilers now.
