A friend of mine needs to post a help wanted ad for his oil changed shop. I suggested posting in the local newspaper but he thinks thats too old school. Any online websites you recommend? Or other effective alternatives?

well lots of times when some small stores (or big) need help they have one of those help wanted signs on their window. craigslist however also works if your city is there
