Hi there,
So, I was looking for a budget, but still great closed-back set of headphones, and I just picked up the Dt 177X last week. So far, I'm really happy with them - they seem to be a great all-arounder, which I like. but I've been looking at the DCA Aeon RT Closed phones and they look pretty impressive to me.
Anyway, I was just checking to see if anyone here owns these and would kindly share their opinion of them. I had the opportunity to test Planars before (albeit Open-backs in the HE-4XX), and they sounded pretty damn good for just $300 CAD, but I would love to see a review of the Aeon RT Closed since there really aren't a whole lot of reviews out there.
I have a fairly decent return window for the DT 177X's if needed, but reading thoughts and views from actual owners of these would be awesome and appreciated.
