Just got the DT250-80's, they haven't got many hours of burn-in yet, but so far pretty sattisfied.
The first thing I did was of course to open the cans and have a look inside. There were no dampening material in the enclosure, but the driver was surrounded by something that might serve as dampening. I was going to add some dampening, but there doesen't seem to be enough space for me to add the foam I have, so I might need to find some kind of wool to dampen with.
Anyone tried this and care to let me know if it's any point dampening this can at all? My DT231's surely benefited from it, but they actually had the space for it behind the drivers.
Appreciate any other mods as well.
