I need help with the unit I just purchased. I can't get it to play WAV files. Firmware is upgraded to most recent version, and the files get copied to the unit from WMP11, but when you go thru the Music directory to get to the song to play, each song shows as WAV, 0Kb, 0'0". When you hit the Info option in the menu, the song will show as the proper file size. And, you can play the file off the unit, thru the computer using WMP11.

I got a great deal on the unit ($112 on clearance at Office Depot), and I like the video and photo capabilities of it, so hoping I won't have to return it. Anyone out there with an IT background, help!
