i am one and seriously i can't think of any earphone which is better than the akg at its price point. The k14p kick mx500 'ass real hard especially at the mids , detail and treble

I was wondering whether the difference between AKG K14P and AKG K12P is only in
the volume pot??? Also how much they cost in USA? Here they cost 10$ for K12P and 25$ for K14P.

I was in love with my K14P until I got my hands on the Senn CX 300. the AKGs have been in their case since. I can't say I regret it for $40. I haven't heard the MX500, so I can't really compare. I really liked my AKGs though, except for the cord which was impossibly annoying. The J shape of the CX 300 makes me smile.
