Ok,
heres one for all you that have been through the zhaolu experience from the start.
I want to liten to music at my PC. It does not have coax/optical out. I will be listening using either PX100s or HD650s.
I'm thinking of Zhaolu 2.5C with discrete amp upgrade plus the PC link gadget they have on their site to allow USB to coax conversion. Whole lot comes to maybe $300 incl shipping.
Am I going the right route here? I would also like to have the extra functionality to allow use in main hifi set up if a squeezebox enters my life in the near future! Zhaolu seems to have the edge on user comments over dac/amp combos with direct USB input.
More crucially, is it worth the extra $$ over say a 2ndhand zhaolu D2.0A?
