I bought an item through a middleman over at Yahoo Jpn auctions that was worth over 1k. The day after i won the item, i paid the money in full to his paypal account. This happened last Sunday, 1/8.
It is now a week and a half later (1/19), and he tells me that the money still has not transfered to his bank account..and therefore, the item still isn't in his hands after all that time. I have dealt with him before, and everything went much faster.
My question is, does the amount of time taken to transfer the money chage depending on the amount of money? to my knowledge, it takes about 3-4 days for the transfer to be complete. So, im just wondering..is it normal for this to take this long?
