  I have Denon 2000's, beyerdynamic 770 80ohm version, Monster Miles Davis Tributes, and am looking to add asg-1's, so yes i love bass.  I currently have a fiio e11 and have tried the digizoid, but liked the cleaner sound of the fiio.  Source is cowon j3.  Looking for a portable upgraded amp that is bass heavy without distortion.  Will prolly opt for used, looking to stay around $200, not much higher.  Under current consideration is

genre is mainly rap or r+b
 
dac is not necessary, i like volume knob but not necessary either, portability is a must.

Though i am biased, i would pick the P4.
 
Bags of power, and you can swap the op amps top get the sound the way you want it.
 
Not to mention it punches higher than it's price point.

Thanks for reply...i pulled the trigger on graham slee voyager for 175 shipped. I gpt this over the p4 due to the fact i could see myself playing with the rollable amps way too much and not just enjoying it. I may go that rout next time as im still pretty new to amps
