Well I am going to use it to pwn newbs. Well not me exactly but my clan mate. who has a shuttle using onboard sound with his 7600 gt. Though onboard is not bad the audigy has some really sweet dsp functions to simply the pwning process with it's more accurate simulated 3d sound stage. That allong with the e2g's I am getting him will be great. Plus another friend of mine is trying to get him to switch to linux which has excellent hardware mixing with the audigy and will ease him into opensource.

I've got a pretty aged SB Live! external card, this would definitely help me out. I'd be using it with my Koss KSC-75's.
