I shipped something to someone in the UK via EMS a few weeks ago, and it's still not delivered.

Heh. What the Royal Mail employees is unacceptable, yet understandable. Service resumed today, but a few rebel post offices in certain cities still refused to work. There's a mountain of post to sort through and Royal Mail need to dig themselves out of the hole they're in, quick. According to the news, they're a couple hundred million pounds out already... EMS should've been delivered though?! Express mail is handled by a Royal Mail sister company called Parcelforce. I've seen their vans around town so they must be working... What does the tracking say? Anyhow, the strikes only began late last week right?
