Hi guys, I have just purchased a Sony KD55XF9005 Android TV. I would like to use my external DAC (Halide DAC HD) with it (which is plug and play with Linux and Windows).
Is there a setting with Android TV? Or maybe an app?
I have been trying, but audio only comes out from speakers...

What should I do?

Looks like Toslink is the only the option to connect an external DAC

I had exactly the same problem with a Philips 7304. What I discovered was that in developer options by default was disabled the option to automatically switch to usb audio. By enabling it everything works fine. Give it a try, it may help you too.
