I ran across this pretty thing while surfing for a SACD player.

The pre-amp in the middle is said to have headphone out. Unfortunely, I can't find other info regarding spec or price on the site

If this thing sounds as good as it looks

I've seen that before, somewhere... IIRC it has a transport, too!
