New owner of the RO XL. This behemoth (130 lbs. shipped) just arrived yesterday. Itching to setup but waiting on a rack that can handle it (Solidsteel HY Series back ordered). Justin was fantastic and spent over an hour on the phone. Although I love(d) my WA33 Elite JPS, I wanted to experience a more "tuby" sounding, 300b based amp.

Nice decision. Don't short yourself, do try the TM300B. Also try A2900, top notch. And either GZ34 or U52. Then focus on your DAC.

They're not the same level. The 300B amp thread provides plenty of impressions to read.

I do always recommend everyone start with the WE300B.
