I recently bought a Topping TP30 MKII amplifier, however, there is a constant hiss on the left channel and it is very loud. I've tried different sources and moving the amp to different rooms, but the loud hissing is still present. Anyone know what is wrong?

Not that I can really help, but maybe we can circle in on the issue:

Does it appear when using headphones?
If yes, then which impedance do the headphones have, can you try with higher impedance heapdhones, does the hiss disappear?

If it appears with headphones, have you tried speakers? Does the amp also hiss on normal speakers? If yes, which ones?

Maybe other people can help with a bit more details on the problem?

Cheers,
K

Yes it only appears with headphones. My headphones have 32 ohm impedance. Yet to try on speakers.
The hiss is very loud though, louder than the volume that I listen to music at.

Ok, from my perspective nothing you can fix, if you tried from different sources then you should better return this amp.
