For example, the latest version of RMAA 6.3.0 supports Focusrite 2i2 ASIO at 44.1 and 48 kHz, but I'm having problems with other sampling rates.
This could be a Windows driver problem. RMAA, even older versions, works fine for me (as far as it can be considered working fine for any purpose, with the usual bugs and limitations) on Linux with WINE at high sample rates, emulating the old Windows MME audio API. The same is true of Visual Analyser, which I find rather problematic to use on native Windows (it is surprisingly hard to make the system not resample the audio signal, sometimes even more than once, or to get 24-bit recording that is really 24-bit), but do not get the resampling problems with WINE.
THD20, which is not currently supported by RMAA, is difficult... should they want to support it.
Generating a sine wave (or multiple tones, for that matter) should be simple with any suitable software, as is creating an FFT plot of the recorded audio. Although having an automated test suite like RMAA is obviously more convenient.
