I've used the go-vibe with my MS1's a lot and never heard any hiss. I'm using the OPA2227 in mine. I've also tried the ts922, but didn't like the sound.

I have a super mini moy and its under $100

what kind of hiss are you talking about? do you mean plugging the headphones in with out pluggin a source? when I do that with no source plugged in and turn it ALL the way to the end, I hear no hiss.

though when It gets tot he very end I hear a short crackle as it passes the very end limit of the turn, but only while turning, if I were to stop turning there is no crackle.

anyhow, I hear no hiss when there is no source plugged it. Is this good?

btw I used my Grados to listen.
