Nothing fancy here, op-amp virtual ground and active ground channel (a la PINT). C1 and C2 (power supply decoupling) are ceramic, C3 and C4 (input) are film. 10k pot not included in the schematic.

Anything I should change before ordering parts?

(I have a rather nice PCB layout for this, will post when I've built it.)

ground channel looks like the type on a pint, the first is a buffer, the second is a regular ground op-amp

It is a PINT, but without the inductors on the outputs and the capacitors to keep high-speed bipolar opamps stable.

PINT minus output stuff, or CMoy plus op-amp splitter and ground channel. Is it half empty, or half full?

amb: I'll do that.
