Hi there,
 
Im thinking of getting a creative zx sound card and the o2/odac, pairing that setup with an audiophile headphone
 
How do i go about connecting the zx and o2/odac together and then to the headphone.
 
Im not an audio pro, so please go easy on the technical terms

You will be using a USB cable to the o2/oDac. No need for a sound card.

Are there any amp/dac combos that enable full connection to the sound card? Will there be any benefits connecting a setup like?
 
I know connecting 2 Amps together possibly produces better audio quality but connecting the Dac from the sound card to an external Dac? Any problems there?

No, a soundcard = DAC.  So you need either the ODAC or the ZX. Pick one of these.

1) Computer --> ODAC --> O2 ---> Headphone

2) Computer --> ZX --> Headphone.

Sure. Many sound cards have line-outs (RCA out or 3.5mm out) that can be plugged into an amp.
