I'm looking into getting a headphone amp for my ultrasone HFI-650 's.

I'm looking for something hopefully under $100.

portability is nice.
Must be able to be plugged in.

I need it to give my HFI the power it needs.

Any suggestions?

Buliding the amp myself isn't out of the question.
