Hi all. I'm interested in getting an amp for the above 'phones and wondered if I was best going with an RA1, Gilmore Lite or, if I can get me mitts on one, a Meier HeadFive?
Any other suggestions?

What a wonderful tube based OTL amp to use with Grados. I cannot take them off. They sound like a completely different set of phones.

I would definitely get a tube amp to smooth out the high end, but if that's what you like about them, then the Gilmore Lite should work well.

i dig my eddie current EC-SS with my sr325i. its easy to listen to and it gives loads of details.
