Hello, I finally turn my ipod 5.5g to DIYmod, now I´m looking for some good amp under 150$ with shipping. In this spectrum it is Nuforce icon mobile, Ibasso T4 and Little dot MK1(which look really great). Can you please give me advice, or recommend me any other for this price.

Secondly, can you recommend me some good cheap LOD for DIYmod? I know they must be different than normal lods which you can use with Ipod touch and so(they need caps if I understat that well). Or is there any guide how to build it myself? (and is it easy?)

Thank you

Just make your own DIY mod dock.

Get some small Cerafine, silmic, or blackgate capacitors on ebay or something and a dock connector from qables, the thick ones, some wire, and a mini plug. it is well documented in the DIY forum.

Then, I would get a Headsix on the FS forum. I would post a WTB ad and see who comes. You could likely get it for around $130-150 and it is a great amp. Haven't heard the ones you are talking about.

I haven't heard this amp either, but it looks great. AUDIOTRAK imAmp Portable Headphone Amplifier - eBay (item 120408958590 end time May-19-09 17:58:58 PDT)

Also, why not try an iBasso P3?

Or better still the Minibox E+ ?
