I just ordered a pair of D2000s for Pricejapan.com and started wondering how well those cans will fit my setup. I have a Heed Canamp that works very nicely with the K701s, but some people said that D2000s might sound bloated with the Heed.

So, I'm looking for an amp in >500 euro range. If I buy a new amp the Heed must go, so I'd like to find an amp that fits with both, the Denons and the AKGs.

My setup right now: iMac>E-MU 0202>Canamp>K701/D2000(soon)/DT770.80ohm

Bump, anyone?

I'd also take some comments regarding the Corda line-up, especially compared to the Canamp.. Cos Cordas are very popular here in Finland - I might just find one for a good price.

Thanks in advance.

The Bada PH-12 and Darkvoice 337 both serve the D2000 well. The Bada drove the K701 well, and currently drives the K501 very well, too. With cap, resistor, wire and RCA jack upgrades, I don't plan to sell my Bada anytime soon, either! : )

The Darkvoice 332 should also work great with your D2000 and K701's. Not quite as good as the Darkvoice 337, but much more affordable.
