So right now I have a pair of DT990 Premium (32-ohm) and DT770 Pro (250-Ohm) headphones.
 
I am trying to sell my DT990 Premiums right now to purchase a pair of DT990 Pro (250-Ohm) and amp them. 
 
I want to go with a Fiio Amp/Dac combo portable of course to use with my HTC One.
 
Recommendations? Sweet spot price range is $130-150

Fiio E18 is the one that can work as a DAC with some smartphones (You should checck if it works with yours)
 
Fiio E17 is very nice too, but it won't work as a DAC with android devices. Then it can work as a desktop USB DAC+Amp or just as a portable Amp. Same for the cheaper and slightly less refined E07K.
 
Fiio E10K is a desktop USB powered DAC/AMP.
 
Fiio E11K is a portable Amp
