What if I pair the O2+ODAC with my kenwood amplifier (which also has a tuner)? Will I be able to use the Kenwood's tuner? And will it only use the ODAC as DAC and use the kenwood's amp instead of the O2?

yep thats all right, you'll be running the rca output from the dac to the rca input on the keenwood, thus bypassing the the o2 and letting the keenwood amplify and you use the tuner
I am purchasing these headphones this week as well, I will be getting the for $400 or less. I would like to purchase a dac/amp for under $200 usd. Any recommendations?
