Turns out a lot of AMD based systems have glitches in their USB controller. After messing with settings for a month, I just added in a PCIe USB Renasas (NEC) card. Glitches are GONE. Nice.

I'm running a Ryzen CPU with a x570 motherboard and I don't have any USB issues. There were some BIOS updates in the last year that addressed USB issues. Did you ever update to the latest BIOS?

Yeah I did. Still happened. Maybe its just Gigabyte..
