It has an ambient tag. To be honest, I'm not sure myself what is considered ambient. I'm just discovering this genre. Most of the albums I posted are a mix of new wave, neo-classic, electronic, post-rock, alternative, etc... but they're all also tagged ambient. I too listen to it while doing other things - and while riding on the train - it's relaxing and less distractive.
