Tim Hecker - Love Streams
 
I went to see this guy live the other night and an epic wall of sound it was too! As is often the way, none of his studio albums really capture that live sound. Love Streams is more ethereal, less dark, than his previous album but no less entrancing.

Some of those sites have electronic stuff. But the quality of the recording and mastering is what matters, not the format. Whether it's PCM or DSD, 24-bit or 16-bit, there is no audible difference if the files are converted properly.
