I have this album (I like it), but for the life of me I can't find where I got it, lol...

I'm sure this has probably already been mentioned, as it's an obvious choice, but Aphex Twin - Selected Ambient Works 85-92 is always the first album that springs to mind when anyone mentions 'ambient' music. It's the pinnacle of the genre in my opinion.
