Sometimes i have error USB Device not recognized
Helps to remove / insert USB cable!
System based on WIndows 10
What could it be? Bad soldering of contacts?

Did you resolve?
 
I used the driver from their website, as well as HiFi Cable. 
Disabled all devices in "Playback Devices" except for HiFi Cable.
Set to 24 bit 96khz.
 
Try a full uninstall/reinstall of drivers as well.

There are several reason people get USB Device not recognized error. Try removing USB hub if you are using any and connect directly. Updated USb driver.
