this guy has hd580 full headband and the steel bits for around 50 pounds.
I just got it, leaving 4. This'd interest someone for sure, but sorry if I'm not allowed to do this, no plug intended, these things will sell quickly

Seeing as the link is not there - I assume that you are *not* allowed to do it.

I don't see any problems.
As its not a screaming great deal, and you're not promoting your own sales..

note that I have a sneaking suspicion that the hd650 headband PRESSURE has a lot to do with 'increased bass' and I'm not at all convinced the magic is in the drivers.

I tried 650 drivers with my 580 band. it did not sound as bass heavy as the 650 band with 650 drivers. fwiw.

that said, I still don't like the 650 band - its too 'clampy'

I put my 580 headband in boiling water to make it tighter, bent it into shape, it really worked a treat, didnt seem to affect the paint.
So then I tried it with th 650 drivers and it was an identical tight fit.
Boling water fixes 580s!

Now also I have the old headband. Strip the old worn paint with caustic soda, then I can do it up, for fun.
Midnight blue metallic, just black,,.maybe white with tribal artwork across the top.
