there wood and lacquered, they are not to expense either. they are what i call semi closed although they are defined as closed.

$1800 new looks like. I guess I've graduated into this price bracket with my most recent headphone purchase, but it's still a chunk of change. That's for sure!

They are not worth it, it's mid grade level at best, nothing like HEKv2 or HD800S, unless you are specifically after a powerful bass, the rest is quite mediocre, especially recessed mids.
