I am looking a headphones with top price $ 150 ideal like  a Grado SR60/80 or Alessandro MS1, but my friend have a SR60 a that is so loud with absolutly no isolation. And for this i looking something with good sound quality like Grado but with better isolation.

Thanks for all advices :)

Grados have a pretty unique sound, and all of them are wide open.

I have heard some people describe the older AKG K240 and K240DF as similar to Grado, but they are beasts to drive (they need a powerful amp).

What is is about the Grado sound that you want to find in a closed headphone?

Open headphones, by definition, leak sound.  I'm not sure what you mean.

Sorry but all open headphones leak sound and don't isolate. That's what makes them open. Not all closed headphones are uncomfortable though.

Audio-Technica ES7 has a bit of a Gradoish sound and is closed.
