Alternative cables for IMR R1 Zeniths?

Hi

Picked up some refurbished/NOS R1 Zeniths, they seem OK but the rubbery cables are annoying as ***! The right one just won't stay behind my ear so just hangs off and pokes skywards!

Has anyone every found suitable 3rd party cables that fit these IEMs properly? They are 2-pin type.
