Ahh... that's an excellent question. That will depends on how much Ety profitted from the venture. As a consumer, all we care is an improved version of 4P/S with an affordable price. *wink*

Ordered a pair this morning for my dad for Christmas. He likes the sound of my E4P but is a little put off by the looks.

These look a little more plain. I will be "testing" them before giving them to him and I will let you know.

While we are waiting for sno1man to write an impression, PC Magazine have a positive review for the im716. What nice about this IEM is that it have an in-line module that you swtich between Bass Boost or HD.

Yep, I had read it. What concerns me is that the guy wrote that for casual listening they are harsh. I wonder what type of music he was listening when he tested them.
