I've fit them on sony mdr ex85 ( http://eupodo.uol.com.br/wp-content/.../2008/08/1.jpg )
A friend of mine was nice enough to lend me a couple of his shure tips(he apparently got them for free from CES, it was a couple tripleflange, black olive, standard and yellow foam tips. I ended up settling with the black olives, but I still tried the triple flanges)

They're eartip part is about as wide as those of ultimate ears IIRC, and I think altec lansing models are similar/the same as UE (it did take a while to stretch at first). I don't think you would have much trouble, but better you wait for someone else with better experience.
