Is this POT discontinued? I can't see it on mouser, digikey, allied... anywhere...
The new product line seem not including the build-in switch, only the regular POT.
anyone knows where to get them?

They have always been hard to get, I believe you have to order them in some bulk, which Tangent has kindly done for us, and resells them in his parts store for a very reasonable price.
