Is it easily doable?

I have a pair of 50K stereo pots and wonder if I can make them into a single quad for home theater use.....

I would say that it is doable, but not that easy. It's probably not worth the effort.

You can get quad units on ebay from germany.

I've done it before to make a 4-gang RK40, so as Manuel said, it's probably doable on an RK27 too, but not the easiest thing.
