sent them an email (support@aloaudio.com) 10 days ago for a battery replacement but no answer. Sent a reminder too but no answer again.

but unfortunately with no answer here too....

Any suggestion/ help?

Simply need battery replacement (that I will pay!)

They seem to stock the Mk2 battery but I don't see the Mk3 batteries on Alo's site. Have you tried contacting Campfire Audio? They should be quicker to respond.

You'd have to open it and measure as this is higher mah and likely bigger.

Yes exactly, for this reason I wrote them...even if is strange there is no battery replacement for the newest AMP on show in their shop.

If you check the website both ALO AUDIO and ALO CAMPFIRE have the same email contact....
