I would also like to have one in balanced connectors (RSA Protector) if possible!

Looks sweet!

A few questions:
1) how long is it?
2) does it also fit UE11?

48 and 64 inches, not confirmed on the UE yet but should work.

Thanks

I was using them today doing some A/B and I can say that this cable vs the stock is the largest improvement on a cable on a system I have ever heard, its night and day.... I cant wait to get these back from the shop and into customers ears!

Ken,

Ray Samuels has made the Kobicon connector for the Protector available at the time of purchase, for $2.50 each, and many people bought them. You would not have to obtain the connectors themselves, unless you wanted to prepare off-the shelf cables. Ray will sell the connectors to any interested amp or cable maker, or will provide the source from which you obtain them. There is also market for adapters for this connector, of course.

I do not have the pinout here at this time. It is in one of the Protector threads, but these are very long, and search is not helping me today. I'll update this post when/if I find the link.

BTW, I prefer the ALO Rx single-ended to the Protector single-ended, using JH13 Pros and TWAg cable, even though there is a tiny bit of hiss with the Rx. I prefer the Protector balanced with JH13 Pro/ TWAg balanced cable to the single-ended options, by a significant degree..

The ALO Cryo SXC on my AKG K702 is my favorite cable of all, and I look forward to being able to buy its "little brother" for portable applications.

Eagerly awaiting a balanced Rx, and the GR9!

Mike

I am hoping for late this month for my first batch to be completed.

Thanks

Ken, how flexible on the cable? Can you easily put in the small UE metal box?

I am unfamiliar with the box in question. The cable does coil up into a small space nicely.

It is bit smaller (but thicker) than the Westone's clam shell, which I think you have.

Anyway, any plan for a black version?
