Alo Audio Warranty?

Terrible news for me - the Alo RX MK2 amp stopped controling volume, it is now pernamently set to the "ground" level, and is hardly heard when the amp is on.
 
It was purchased October 2011, but I could not find anything about warranty on ALOs website, but I assume it should be considered pretty fresh?
 
It was working this morning, I was listening to music before work, and now when I got back home at first I thought it did not work at all, when I took my IEMs on I heard the music on a very low level. I tried the amp alone with the CLAS - same results.
 
Anyone had such issues before or have any advice (obv I sent a email to alo).

Guess this gives me time to test the Fiio E17 with my new Westone 4r, but I really-really want my little clas+mk2 combo back =(
