Well, because the Grado box they arrived in looked and smelled so similar to the SR60's I'd sold recently(very disappointed with the sound..see my earlier posts) I don't know why but I kept thinking to myself that these were gonna be the same. Boy, I was wrong. These sound SO much better! Detail, clarity and soundstage, compared to the SR60's, improved tenfold to me. I'm gonna be happy with these for now I'm sure. However,in my quest to get the best sound possible from these phones, how long do they need to be burned in for, and what changes should I expect to hear? By the way, they took a month to get here and I wasn't charged duty by customs
I noticed that they were packed by, what looks like on the customs form, Tracy? Alessandro, so a nice personal touch there. All in all....Recommended!
