Are there any decent all in one headphones setups out there. Or something that has a cd player, processor and amp all in one specifically designed for headphone use? if it helps I will be using Sony MDRSA 5000 as cans. Thanks!

Do a search for a product called the Eastern Electric Minmax. Apparently it's a tubed CD player that had gotten some decent reviews.

The E5 beats the Minimax accoding to people who have owned both - search minimax on the dedicated source forum.

I prefer a tube amp with the SA5000:

Ming Da (Meixing) MC66 - nice rich tube sound

Woo Model 3 - magical tone body of the OTL design

Bada PH12 (my favorite as the most realistic and impactful, with holographic imaging - with VT-231 or JAN CRC 6SN7 tubes).
