I've been listening to my Grados since I got them ampless. I'm thinking of pairing this with a Ray Samuels SR-71. How much and what kind of improvement can I expect?

What are you using when you don't use the SR-71?

Will you use the SR-71 with a lineout and with a good lineout at that?

What cable will you use?

SR-71 will generally resolve better (you will hear more details, sounds you might have not noticed before) and will sound less harsh

With a good source and a good cable, the SR-71 will make your grados SINNGG
