Just wondering what the difference between the Alessandro MS-2 and the MS-2i..?

Mostly age; and not much else. The phones "we" call MS2i came along at about the same time as Grado upgraded the SR-325 with the SR-325i. So the "i" just kinda stuck on the MS2 also.

The obvious difference is in the shape of the aluminum housing. The old model had the Frankenstein peg look, while the new ones look sorta like mushrooms, much like the newer Grado GS-1000.

The Grado update included a new driver modification. Apparently, the Alessandro version only adopted the housing change.
