Similarly, can anyone compare the Grado SR-225 with the Headphile cable upgrade with the stock M2si's?
I am pairing these with either the Gilmore lite or the new Headamp portable. Source is a 4g Ipod with all lossless recordings. Any thoughts would be appreciated!!!

IMHO, the MS2i recable is a very clear and very worthwhile upgrade. Comparing Oski's stock MS-2i to Mjg's recabled MS-2i (headphile blacksilvers) you were instantly struck by the clarity and extension, man I was loving it. And it wasn't just me, a few folks at the last NYC meet heard the same difference.

I'm sending in my MS-2i this week to Larry for the recabling because I was very impressed with mjg's Headphile recabled cans.
